Rapid Med Urgent Care Center is currently seeking a flexible and driven Lead Medical Assistant to join our award-winning team (Best of Denton County since 2013). The back office Lead Medical Assistant (MA) role is to provide clinical support to the Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner in examination and treatment of patients. The Lead Medical Assistant is required to perform all duties of the Medical Assistant and functions as the resource person to the non-certified staff. Also, the lead acts as a liaison between management and staff. The Lead Medical Assistant assists in some practices with patient care providing first level counseling to staff. Keeps management apprised of early personal issues.
Your work days are not consistent so must have full availability 7 days a week. Must be able to work evenings, rotating weekends and holidays. Being able to relocate between our various centers is required.
