A Customer Service Representative for Rapid Med Urgent Care will work offsite at their corporate location in a call center environment. They will assist the front desk in answering and transferring calls from patients to various Rapid Med staff. They will also assist in verifying insurance, completing referrals, schedule appointments, arrange continuation of care, and occasionally fill in at the clinic front desk when needed.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

The candidate must take the following assessment as part of the application process:

  • Occasionally fill in at the clinic front desk when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service and verbal skills required
